Bluepulse - socialize on the go

I was talking the other day about Mixd from Yahoo! and now i’ve noticed this, a concept somewhat similar and yet different, I give you Bluepulse.

Bluepulse it’s not about uptown meetings and phone pictures sharing, Bluepulse it’s about chatting and customizing content but also about using services like Gmail, Digg and Flickr. The software ( it’s free by the way and you can get it on your mobile from get.bluepulse.com) is quite elaborate and allows you to do all the things you could do when online, such as digging stories, posting on blogs, using forums and many more.

Another good thing is that don’t have to be in a specific country ( as was the case for Mixd ) to use Bluepulse, all you need to do is download, customize and you’re ready to communicate. Another interesting point of view of this mobile Internet link is the broad space for mobile advertisement offered by services such these. In addition to that Bluepulse can use a very wide range of mobile phones this giving it a compatibility plus.

As you can see we are witnessing the phenomenon of Internet content migrating to other devices then those we are familiar to, ( all this with the help of the imminent coming of IP v.6) this could lead to peace and prosperity or AI robot supremacy, it remains to be seen.

Hey Brayn, thanks for the thoughts on Bluepulse and Mixd. I think the first problem for me with Mixd (aside from it not being available in Australia!) is that it’s SMS driven, and there’s no way I can remember all those SMS shortcodes when I’ve had a couple of beers! With Bluepulse I have nothing to memorise. Thanks again!
