The latest DAP offering from SanDisk, the Sansa Fuze is getting some good reviews around the web, not great but good. It gets a thumbs up from the guys over at anythingbutipod and there’s a nice video to boot. Here’s the low-down on the Fuze

The price tag rocks in at US$80 for the 2 GB, jumping up to US$100 for 4 GBs and US$130 for the 8 GB version. The specs are not amazing but coupled with the price tags the Fuze doesn’t look too shabby.

Flash drive capacity seems to increase on daily basis … and today is no different. SanDisk, the storage gurus, have squeezed in a massive 8 GB of flash memory into their little Cruzer USB drive. The drive also boasts a retractable connector - better than a cover which you’d only lose after five minutes - and also gives Vista a ReadyBoost.

This little sucker comes with the following onboard software

And it does come with a largish price tag of US$130 but hey it’s 8 GB of extremely light weight storage. What you complaining about?
