Spam Blacklist

We all get spam (unfortunately), and most of us aren’t happy with it (even if I’ve yet to meet somebody that’s glad). Were you ever curious about who actually sends the spam ? Well, Spamhaus released a list with the top 10 hardcore spammers. According to them, 80% of the spam from North America and Europe is ‘created’ by a group of approximately 200 spammers. I won’t go into too many details, but what shocked me was that out of the 10 top spammers, 5 are Eastern-European. Also on the list are people from North America ( US and Canada ), Israel and Hong Kong.

Also on the blacklist made by Spamhaus are countries that are vulnerable to spamming. On the top of the top are the US, China, Russia, Japan and Canada.
