PS3 Ad

When starting the our-picks.com project, I had in mind something more interactive. I used the WordPress platform because it always satisfied my needs in blogging, but also thought it can satisfy all the site’s needs. Every day I look at the stats and see that a lot of people are reading the articles, but few of them leave something behind that’s worth a great deal to us: comments.

I would love to hear your opinion on the news and articles my colleagues and I posted here. The comments section is moderated due to spam, but that doesn’t mean we want to moderate your thoughts. They’re very important to us and they can improve the quality of the site and the articles here.

Anyway, I ran across this PS2 ad on YouTube a few days ago and it really creeped me out. I’m not sure if they’re intending to sell the box or not, or if they’re testing a new type of advertising. Either way, what do you think of it? Would you consider buying one just because of the ad and why? I’m sure most of the PS3 customers will buy it based on what their friend’s or other’s feedback, or just because they were pleased with their PS1 and PS2 boxes and they want an upgrade.
