8.6 Gigapixel photo

8gigapixel photo

While I was browsing today I found this webpage. It has 2 pictures, but that’s not everything special about it. The first picture is a 300 megapixel image (I thought this was extraordinary, but I had no idea). The second picture is a 8,6 GIGApixel photo. It represents “The partition of Santa Maria Delle Grazie’s Church”, and it is actually a combination of 1145 images, each taken at 12.5 megapixels. The whole image size is more than 8 billion pixels. Okay, enough description, just watch the pic.
